Yuca. Manihot esculenta (Euphorbiaceae). alcanza aproximadamente 2 mts de altura se produce por ezquejes la raiz de la yuca es cilindrica y oblonga y alcanza 1 mt de largo la cascara es dura y leñosa segun la variedad puede ser blanca o amarillenta.
